Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ tsp salt, optional
  • 1 tsp agave syprup or honey, optional

Instructions

  • Boil water or use hot water tap
  • In a coffee mug or teacup, add grated ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, optional salt and agave syrup or honey.
  • Pour boiling water into mug and stir.

Notes

Optional: Strain the grated ginger out before drinking if you don't like the texture.
